A) Do I have to have a paypal account to buy online?
No. You can also purchase items with a credit or debit card. Simply add the item to your shopping cart and follow the on screen instructions. When you have sucessfully completed your transaction, we will recieve notification of your purchase.
A) Do the listed prices include vat/carriage?
The listed prices exclude VAT and Carriage. These costs will be added to the shopping basket upon checkout- you will be notified of the total amount before proceeding and you can cancel at any time.
A) What is the carriage on my item?
The Carriage is worked on on a flat rate dependent on the price of the item;

If you are a charity or disabled person you may be eligible for zero rated VAT for our sensory products. Our range can be found here.
If you are exempt from VAT, please fill in the form below and send back to us via fax to 01702 541049 or post to litetec ltd, Technologies House, 507 Ashingdon Road, Rochford, Essex, SS4 3HE.
Once you have completed your exemption form and selected the sensory products you require- please contact us via 01702 540187 or email us on info@litetec.co.uk to inform us of your order and we will then advise delivery and payment process.
